Using Our Passion for Cars to Help Others
The Mossy Creek Cruzers (MCC) car club consists of a group of car enthusiasts dedicated to helping with charities in Jefferson and surrounding counties, while supporting our passion for cars. It is our intent to share in the fellowship by raising funds through the events that we plan. Our events are family oriented.
Local charities include:
- Isaiah 117 of Jefferson County
- Scottish Rites Shows & Socks for Children
- Appalachian Ministries of the Smokies
- Stepping Out
- Jefferson County High School Criminal Justice Class
- Ten Volunteer Fire Departments in Jefferson, Hamblen, and Grainger counties
- Jefferson County Rescue Squad
Registration for our annual "Fill the Truck with Toys" Car Show held in the fall is a new, unwrapped toy, which is donated to under privileged children for Christmas.
We also make specific donations to individuals in need.
